🍂 A Season of Creativity and Quiet Magic
This month has been quietly bursting with creativity. If the blog has seemed a little hushed lately, it’s only because I’ve been deep in the work—planning, building, and gathering inspiration behind the scenes. One of the most essential parts of my process is stepping out into the world to gain firsthand experiences. While I write daily and create constantly, I also make space to explore, observe, and absorb. It’s how I bring authenticity and depth to everything I share with you.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve wandered through new places, each one offering its own spark. (More photographs will be arriving throughout the autumn season.) As you may have seen in the images above, I’ve been immersed in study and research, with new materials in the works. I’ve also taken time to capture the unfolding beauty of autumn right here where I am—its golden hush, its shifting light.
And yes, Labubu (Pumpkin) has been keeping me company, soon to be dressed in festive Halloween attire. A small joy, but a meaningful one. Speaking of joy: I’ve made the decision to bring Grimmleys back. There’s no better time than autumn to revive something that fills my heart with delight. The ghostly charm, the whimsy, the nostalgia—it all feels right again.
So while I’m busy building the Grimmleys site and soaking in this most magical time of year, I hope you’ll find your own ways to celebrate the season.
Take photographs. Forge something new. And stay open to the spirit world that dances just beyond the veil. This is the time when whispers ride the wind, when rustling leaves carry echoes from the past, and when the air itself feels like a bridge between worlds.
